Kalenor is an independent wellness resource focused on everyday nutrition and active lifestyle practices for men. The content is not affiliated with any governmental or institutional body. This privacy policy applies to all personal data collected through kalenor.info and through any correspondence directed to the Kalenor office at Jl. Pattimura No. 15, Jakarta 12110, Indonesia.

Kalenor collects personal data in the following circumstances:

- Email correspondence initiated by the individual: name, email address, and any additional information voluntarily included in the message.
- Analytics data collected automatically by third-party analytics services: browser type, device category, approximate geographic region, pages visited, and session duration. This data is aggregated and does not identify individuals.

Kalenor does not collect sensitive personal data, payment information, identity documents, or health records. The site does not require account registration.
03 — How We Use Data
Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data submitted through the contact form or by email is used solely to respond to the relevant enquiry. Kalenor does not use this data for marketing, profiling, or retargeting purposes.
The following bases govern our data handling:
- Legitimate interest: responding to correspondence from individuals who have initiated contact.
- Consent: where cookies beyond functionally necessary ones are placed, consent is obtained via the cookie banner at first visit.
- Legal obligation: retaining records as required under applicable Indonesian data and commercial record-keeping regulations.
Kalenor does not sell, rent, or exchange personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data shared with service providers — such as email infrastructure or analytics platforms — is governed by data processing agreements with those providers.

How Long Data Is Stored
Contact form and email correspondence data is retained for a period of twenty-four months from the date of the last exchange, after which it is permanently deleted from Kalenor's correspondence archive. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form for up to thirty-six months.
Cookie preference records are stored in the browser for up to twelve months. Individuals may clear these at any time through browser settings or by re-opening the cookie banner via the Cookie Settings link in the site footer.

Individual Rights Regarding Personal Data
Individuals whose data is held by Kalenor have the following rights:

- The right to request correction of inaccurate data.
- The right to request deletion of personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
